Role and Responsibilities

THE POSITION:

  • Leadsiteand app channel strategy, planning, and execution to drive optimizationsthrough data driven analysis and customer insights (macro trends,customerdata, and search trends).
  • Develop and communicate vision, defining the strategic direction across the digital appliance categories. Ensure ecommerce guiding principles drive consistent experiences that balance new launches, key promotional drive times, as well as seasonality.
  • Build strategies in close collaboration with category management, marketing, and product teams to deliver and exceed KPI goalswhich include customer click through, add-to-cart, continuation down the funnel, and conversion.
  • Ideate,developand launch new features in partnership with product, engineering and UX teams, informed by user research, A/B testing, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Gain buy-in from cross-functional partners and leadership teams through clear communication, strategic proposals aimed at driving ROI, and influence through data.
  • Customer-centricity , takes great pride in driving impact throughflawless customer experiences; driving engagement, loyalty, and brand growth.
  • You’rean innovative thought leader who develops and implements strategic direction to earn trust at all levels.
  • You enjoy leadership and team building; you prioritize the collective success of the teamand are quick to jump in, help, mentor, and coachyour fellow team members to be successful.

Skills and Qualifications

• May lead a small team of professionals with limited control over budget spending or HR management such as recruiting or dismissal and supervises mentoring and coaching for team members

• Typically implements short-term action plans rather than developing policy, process or strategy

• Enhances or Improves methods or procedures and provides coaching to team members to ensure successful outcome

• Has deep knowledge on one job area or broad knowledge on several job areas

• Typically requires at least 8 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years
