Job summary

With at least 2 years in fundraising or relationship development, you will plan, execute, and optimize efforts to grow donor pipelines while aligning partners to broader engagement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in fundraising and relationship development.
• Strong communication and donor engagement abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proven success in relationship-building with donors, sponsors, and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Builds and manages relationships with donors, sponsors, volunteers, and community partners to achieve revenue goals and grow engagement.
• Leads planning and execution of event fundraising activities, including logistics, budgets, vendor coordination, and experience delivery.
• Develops and executes strategies to grow revenue, participation, and donor pipeline within assigned portfolio.
• Aligns event participants and partners to broader organizational engagement opportunities to deepen long-term impact.
• Monitors performance against goals, adjusting strategies to optimize revenue and return on investment.
• Coordinates cross-functional partners to ensure successful event delivery and brand alignment.
