General Description:

The Senior Manager Distribution Vendor Management has Europe Regional scope and responsibilities, focusing on maintaining relationships with vendors (3rd Party Logistics service providers). This position involves managing current vendors and identifying future vendors, supporting RFP processes to secure competitive prices while ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal regulations.

The role requires collaboration with internal functions such as Legal, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement, and Country Managers, covering areas like inventory management, logistics, artwork, process management, order-to-cash, and customer service.

The candidate will gather information on new processes, products, and procedures, translating them into contractual obligations through Statements of Work, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure requirements are accurately reflected, priced, and documented. The role also involves implementing processes at vendors and monitoring their execution.

Key responsibilities include organizing weekly operational meetings with stakeholders, communicating successes or issues, and addressing them accordingly. Monthly and quarterly Business Reviews will be organized and led, focusing on internal and vendor KPIs related to distribution, financials, and quality, especially for sites in the Netherlands, Switzerland, Spain, the UK, and Italy.

Essential Functions:

• Establish LRP/AOP budgets for storage, distribution, and transportation, from planning to purchase order creation, ensuring adherence.
• Monitor KPIs, Cost-to-Serve, and trends monthly.
• Review invoices for services rendered to ensure contract compliance.
• Update MSA/SOW documents for process or procedural changes impacting Beigene and vendors.
• Manage contractual changes related to transport (Cold Chain), storage, and pick-pack services.
• Implement and track vendor projects, ensuring progress aligns with plans.
• Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans with vendors.
• Prepare and lead performance and cost review meetings with vendors, ensuring documentation in Veeva and adherence to GxP standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in Pharma (Biotech preferred).
• Proficiency with SAP SD (preferred), MM, FICO, and MS Office.
• Good knowledge of GDP and Cold Chain logistics.
• Excellent English skills; additional European languages are a plus.

Travel: Approximately 30%

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Country teams, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and outsourced Vendors such as 3PL.
• Represent BeOne in dealings with European vendors regarding distribution and related areas.
