The Office of Digital Transformation at Lam Research is responsible for creating next generation business processes and accelerating the adoption of technology across the company. As the Senior Manager of Digital Transformation for Supply Chain Order Management & Execution, you will have a transformative impact on global operations (Order execution, Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, and Costing), enabling the business to use the latest processes and leverage digital tools to thrive in a connected world. This role involves designing processes, creating a roadmap, and helping implement core processes in, Sales Order Management and Execution, Supply Chain operations etc. You will integrate SAP ERP, PLM, and MES, as well as other capabilities, to create a digital core, transforming Lam Research into a market-leading semiconductor company poised for future growth. The digital core capability plays a pivotal role in the digital transformation journey, acting as a bridge between product development, operations, and business systems, enabling seamless data flow and real-time decision-making.

What You'll Do

• Transform the way Lam uses digital tools and systems to better enable our operations, providing employees with better tools and data for maximum efficiency.
• Connect design data (PLM) to operations through ERP to facilitate the Sales Order and Operation execution transactions through the S4 SAP implementation.
• Lead the design, build, and validation phases of our digital core tools to create a template that can be replicated across our global operations to support successful future implementation. Transform the way Lam uses digital tools to support operations through MBOM, BOP, BOE, connect quality data, big data, analytics, and AI to empower our employees with better tools and data for maximum efficiency, support compliance, and create a backbone of digital transformation to support growth.
• Integrate PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) to create a digital thread facilitating timely informed decisions.
• Lead the design and implementation of out-of-the-box solutions to support scalable solution deployment, implementing leading practices to drive operational execution and collaborate with planning, procurement as well as global logistics. Collaborate with cross functional teams in the deployment of solutions, identifying interim solutions for the rollout of the roadmap to support the coexistence of old and new technology.
• Work with cross-functional teams, consultants, and technology leaders to bring leading practices to improve efficiency, address quality issues, and support the scalability of operations. Be a cultural change agent in the company to drive transformation and continuous improvement and reimagine processes to streamline and drive efficiencies.
• Must be a T-shaped leader with broad experience designing processes and implementing them using the technical leadership team while driving continuous improvement.
• Strong soft skills to manage change in a very successful company getting geared for the future. The ability to respect the past while painting the vision for the future with an action plan to get there is key to the success of the role.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering or a related field. MBA or master's preferred but not required.
• 8+ years of proven experience in operations consulting, strong knowledge of operational processes, systems, and tools implementation experience, and improvement initiatives including experience in process digitalization and digital transformation in leading/fast-growth companies.
• Essential functional process design and configuration experience in SAP Sales and Distribution & Order Management and Variant Configuration with BOMs in a Make to Order business with Contract Manufacturing.
• Experienced in multiple full cycle SAP implementations in a lead role. E2E Cross functional experience from order management through execution supported by SAP supply chain experience with expertise in process re-engineering.
• Deep experience in digital design tools including SAP ERP and digitally connecting requirements to design and manufacturing.
• Experience in upstream market analytics for new tools and process improvements for complex, high-growth companies along with downstream impact on supply chain, planning, logistics, and finance. Order processing and customer service.
• Storyteller with an ability to drive organizational change management. Consistently shows exponential thinking and incremental execution. Understanding of best practices in the industry and application to real life.
• Proficient knowledge of the systems implementation and product development life cycles. Deep understanding of cross-functional business processes and connectivity. Demonstrates a growth mindset and has an eye for the art of the possible.
• Influences and drives change by driving partnerships and alignment across the organization. Deep experience in requirements to product design and commercialization.

Salary

CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $132,000.00 -$276,000.00.

The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
