Job summary

Yamaha Motor Crp. USA in Marietta, GA seeks a Sr.

Manager of Technology & Digital Applications to direct strategy, governance, and delivery of Yamaha's Front Office application portfolio. You will lead managers, employees, and partners to deliver capabilities across CRM, SAP, analytics, and integration platforms while driving modernization through cloud, AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent.
Minimum 12-15 years of IT experience.
Minimum 7 years of experience leading multiple applications configuration, development and support teams.
Experience with CRM, Warranty, Middleware, Web portal Apps, BI Reporting, PIMs, Oracle, SAP ECC ERP is desired.

Responsibilities

Plan, prioritize, and execute front office application platforms, projects and initiatives including budgetary & resource management, support and projects.
Provide leadership in design, delivery, and ongoing support of business-critical applications and ensure reliable L1-L3 service operations.
Vendor management including selection, rate negotiations, SLAs, issue resolution, and compliance with Yamaha standards.
