• 10+ years in revenue management, demand forecasting, or related functions.
• Experience with ERP and demand planning systems and analytics tools.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and financial acumen for planning.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence and best practices to improve revenue forecasting and attainment.
• Implement demand planning, planning execution, order management, and inventory management.
• Communicate with senior executives to secure resources for customer demand and delivery.
• Translate objectives into a deliverable strategy and build a world-class team.
• Lead Planning Managers and steward demand planning across the supply chain.
• Support ramp up/down of products and promotions with robust planning.
• Coordinate with materials function and ERP/planning systems; maintain schedules and reports.
