Through a revolutionary employer health benefit offering, we remotely connect employees with cancer support services fromNational Cancer Institute (NCI)–Designated Comprehensive Cancer Centers. Instead of requiring those who have been diagnosed with cancer to come to the centers for renowned cancer expertise, AccessHope brings their support to the patient and their local oncologist—wherever they’re located—to improve care, outcomes, and value.

Hopeful for those we support, rebellious in our approach, and collaborative by breaking down barriers, AccessHope is seeking Senior Manager, Demand Generation Channels to help us uniquely deploy the latest cancer knowledge to the places it’s needed most. As an ideal candidate, you’ll lead the programs that build AccessHope's presence across our partner ecosystem, driving new partnership opportunities with health plans and employer benefit platforms, deepening the marketing programs we run alongside existing partners, and building awareness of AccessHope among the people who influence how our services are offered and used.

This is a broad, channel-oriented demand generation role: you'll manage co-marketing programs, run account-based marketing against a curated set of target organizations, oversee paid media, and build the always-on content and events calendar that keeps AccessHope visible in the market. You'll also own the budget behind these programs, allocating spend to what performs best.

Essential Functions:
  • Lead co-marketing with existing partners, developing joint campaigns, content, webinars, and events that strengthen relationships and extend AccessHope’s reach.
  • Cultivate a set of channels with predictable performance and reach to our key audiences, both buyers and within the oncology community
  • Build demand generation programs that raise awareness and educate future buyers at targeted employer accounts about AccessHope’s offerings.
  • Develop account-based campaigns for priority health plans and other high-value partners, working with commercial teams to select accounts, tailor messaging, coordinate outreach, and track engagement.
  • Plan and manage paid programs and ads, particularly on LinkedIn, with clear goals and performance tracking.
  • Own the webinar and campaign calendar, including speaker coordination, promotion, production, follow-up, and opportunities to extend the life of each program.
  • Run regular email marketing, including newsletters and nurture campaigns, and make campaign-related updates to landing pages and the website.
  • Own performance of our website, and keeping it engaging, and driving SEO and GEO to ensure that AccessHope shows up accurately and favorably when prospective partners and key audiences look for solutions in this space.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign operations in HubSpot, including lists, forms, emails, workflows, lead routing, reporting, and data quality. Also run operations within webinar platform.
  • Work with Product, Clinical, and Marketing colleagues to turn AccessHope’s expertise, outcomes, and customer stories into presentations, content, and campaign materials for different audiences. Support opportunities for earned media and improve how audiences find this content through search.
  • Own the demand generation budget across programs and channels, tracking spend, reporting results, and adjusting investments based on performance.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field; experience may substitute for minimum education
  • 5 years in B2B demand generation, ideally within healthcare, benefits, or a partner/channel-driven business model
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or advanced degree
  • HubSpot certifications
  • Startup and/or oncology/digital health experience; experience managing external agencies.
Skills & Abilities
  • Experience marketing to or through health plans, payers, or employer benefits platforms
  • Experience running co-marketing programs with external partners and account-based campaigns for a defined, high-value target list.
  • Strong hands‑on HubSpot skills. You can build, launch, measure, and troubleshoot campaigns yourself.
  • Hands‑on experience across webinars, paid media, and content/earned channels
  • Strong budget management and performance reporting skills
  • Comfort and experience building presentations, editorials and other collateral
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to keep several programs and stakeholders moving at once.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and emerging generative/AI search optimization (GEO) nice to have
  • A collaborative style; this role works closely with other Marketing teams, Partnerships, Growth teams, as well as our Product and Clinical functions
What Does Success Look Like:
  • New, measurable partnership pipeline with prospective health plans and employer platforms
  • Expanded co‑marketing results with existing partners
  • Growing awareness of AccessHope among key audiences across the partner ecosystem
