Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior BI and Data Platform Lead to drive the strategic design, integration, and operational intelligence of the organization’s BI ecosystem. You will oversee the full data lifecycle and governance across BI tools like Business Objects, Tableau, Power BI, and Snowflake.

You will manage teams of data engineers, analysts, and leads, ensure scalable data solutions, and provide leadership with insights on platform health and investments.

Qualifications

• 5 years of leadership experience.
• 5 years of BI or Data Engineering experience.
• 5 years of ETL, data pipelines, reporting, or analytics platform experience.
• 7 years of Management experience (preferred).
• 7 years of BI or Data Engineering experience (preferred).
• Experience with Snowflake or cloud-based data platforms (preferred).
• Experience leading BI platform modernization or tool migration initiatives (preferred).

Responsibilities
