The Senior Manager, Data Lakehouse is a senior technical and people leader responsible for executing and operating UMGC’s enterprise data strategy through the design, implementation, and ongoing management of the Data Lakehouse and analytics platform. This role leads the day-to-day operation of the Databricks Lakehouse platform, ensuring data is secure, reliable, and optimized to support analytics and AI/ML enabled decision making. The position balances hands‑on technical leadership, team management, and platform operations while collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to support approved enterprise initiatives.

Databricks Lakehouse, enterprise data platforms, cloud analytics, data governance, Agile/DevOps, stakeholder management, offshore team management experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Science and Technology, Library and Information Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
