Magna Legal Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Data Engineering Lead to architect and govern Snowflake-based data platforms across the organization. You will own the dbt project end-to-end, mentor a growing team of data engineers, and drive Azure Data Factory data pipelines.

You will design scalable warehouse structures, enforce ETL/ELT best practices, and champion data quality, observability, and lineage while partnering with legal teams and stakeholders to deliver trusted data assets.

Formación

• 7+ years in data engineering with leadership or management experience.
• Production-grade Snowflake expertise including architecture and cost management.
• Fluency with dbt at scale.
• Strong SQL skills and Python data pipelines.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years in data engineering with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
• Production-grade Snowflake expertise including architecture design and cost management
• Fluency with dbt at scale
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python for data pipeline development
• Proven ability to lead teams while remaining technically engaged

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with data observability tooling like Elementary or Monte Carlo
• Exposure to Snowflake Cortex, Snowpark ML, or other AI/ML capabilities
• Experience in high-growth or scale-up environments
