AMD is seeking a Sr. Manager, Data Center Power and Thermal, Partner Management to lead ecosystem partnerships for the Data Center Solutions business unit.

You will engage partners and AMD teams to define strategy, drive engagement, and ensure alignment of power, thermal, and AI infrastructure goals. You will influence product direction through strategic collaboration, manage cross-functional initiatives, and advocate for partner needs while operating autonomously within a dynamic technology

• Breadth in power, thermal, data center systems, and AI infrastructure.
• Strong marketing and presentation skills with customer-first approach.
• Experience engaging ecosystem partners and solution providers.

Mansioni

• Own ecosystem partnerships to align AMD strategy with partner roadmaps.
• Drive end-to-end partner product evangelism for Data Center Solutions & AI infra.
• Coordinate roadmap reviews with partners and internal teams on a quarterly cadence.
• Develop strategies for standards engagement and industry influence.
• Engage hyperscalers and CSPs to align infrastructure needs with AMD solutions.
