The Senior Manager, Data Architecture will define and execute Circle K’s enterprise data architecture strategy, leading a team of architects to evolve a modern, cloud-based data platform. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with strategic vision to support global analytics, BI, and operational data needs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and govern the enterprise data architecture vision, standards, and technical roadmap aligned with business strategy.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data architects and modelers while establishing best practices and design patterns.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions across Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Partner with engineering, analytics, BI, and governance teams to deliver compliant, end-to-end data solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data and analytics, including 5+ years in a Data Architecture role.
• Deep expertise in modern cloud data platforms, with proven experience on Microsoft Azure.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and Databricks for data warehousing and lakehouse architectures.
