Filevine seeks a hands-on Manager of Data Analytics to execute its analytics agenda and support executive decision-making. You will manage daily analytics operations, deliver corporate metrics, and produce actionable insights across the organization.

The ideal candidate blends technical prowess with business acumen and excellent communication, engaging with executive stakeholders to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a data analytics, statistics, business, economics, or related field.
• 4–6+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, with leadership experience.
• Expertise in SQL and large, complex data environments.
• Strong proficiency with BI tools such as Domo, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the CEO on ad-hoc analytical projects and rapid insights.
• Lead daily operations for corporate analytics: dashboards, KPIs, and routine reporting.
• Mentor data analysts and foster accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Product, and Customer Success to align analytics with goals.
• Conduct complex analyses to inform strategic priorities and decisions.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and models in Domo, integrating Salesforce, Snowflake, HubSpot, and other systems.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting outputs.
• Track SaaS metrics (ARR, GRR, NRR, churn, engagement, retention).
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
