Measurement and Analytical Integrity

• Create trusted measures.
• Define grain, denominators, cohorts, attribution windows, refresh expectations, and ownership; keep early signals separate from mature financial and loss outcomes.

People, Adoption, and Partnership

• Lead a business-facing analytics team.
• Set clear ownership, coach analytical and communication skills, establish peer review, and develop analysts who can move from ambiguous questions to adopted products.
• Make insight actionable.

Partner on the data contract

• Work with Data Engineering on source quality, curated datasets, semantic models, and service expectations, while Analytics owns metric logic, interpretation, and analytical acceptance.

Technologies

Annual Salary $146,575.00 - $229,600.00

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
