EY, a leading professional services firm, seeks a senior cybersecurity leader in New York to drive strategic solution development and account growth. You will serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership, shaping integrated cybersecurity offerings and roadmaps across high-priority accounts.

The role requires guiding large transformations, collaborating with CIOs/CISOs, and leading proposals and executive presentations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity or related field.
10–15+ years of cybersecurity consulting, advisory, or industry experience.
Proven experience leading large-scale cyber transformation programs.
Experience developing cybersecurity business cases, roadmaps, and operating models.
Experience working directly with CISOs and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Drive strategic cyber solution development and account growth.
Serve as trusted advisor to client leadership teams addressing cyber risks.
Lead development of integrated cybersecurity solutions aligned with client objectives.
Design cyber defense offerings, service catalogs, and implementation frameworks.
Develop operating models, roadmaps, and target-state architectures.
Incorporate AI, automation, analytics, and GenAI-enabled capabilities.
Identify, qualify, and shape cybersecurity opportunities and growth strategies.
Build relationships with CIOs, CISOs, and other executives.
Lead proposal development including SOWs, business cases, and cost estimates.
Present solutions in client workshops and executive sessions.
Support contract negotiations and commercial discussions.
Manage pipeline forecasting and reporting.
Advise on cybersecurity strategy, transformation, and risk reduction.
Align programs with regulatory requirements.
Contribute to EY cyber offerings and thought leadership.
Mentor managers, consultants, and solution architects.
Share assets and market insights across practice.

Drive strategic cyber solution development, priority account growth, and successful pursuit and delivery of cybersecurity services
Serve as a trusted advisor to account leadership teams and clients addressing complex cyber risks
Lead development of integrated cybersecurity solutions aligned with client business objectives and risk priorities
Design Cyber Defense & Fraud offerings, repeatable service offerings, solution accelerators, and implementation frameworks
Develop operating models, service catalogs, staffing plans, implementation roadmaps, and target-state architectures
Incorporate AI, automation, analytics, and GenAI-enabled capabilities into cybersecurity solutions
Serve as cyber domain lead for strategic insurance-sector accounts
Identify, qualify, and shape cybersecurity opportunities and develop account growth strategies
Build relationships with CIOs, CISOs, and other C-suite executives
Maintain account intelligence on client priorities, operating models, technology landscapes, and cyber maturity
Lead proposal development, including executive presentations, SOWs, business cases, cost estimates, transformation roadmaps, and managed service solutions
Present solutions during client workshops, orals, and executive sessions
Support contract negotiations and commercial discussions
Manage pipeline forecasting and reporting
Advise clients on cybersecurity strategy, transformation, investment prioritization, service optimization, managed service adoption, workforce transformation, and risk reduction
Align cybersecurity programs with regulatory and industry requirements
Contribute to EY cyber offerings, go-to-market solutions, thought leadership, client roundtables, and industry events
Mentor managers, consultants, and solution architects
Share reusable assets, methodologies, and market insights across the cyber practice

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
10-15+ years of cybersecurity consulting, advisory, or industry experience
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale cyber transformation programs
Proven success supporting sales pursuits and account growth
Experience developing cybersecurity business cases, roadmaps, and operating models
Strong understanding of managed security services and security operations
Experience working directly with CISOs and executive stakeholders
