Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager on the Enterprise Services Controls Governance team in McLean, VA. You will oversee the controls lifecycle, drive adherence to the Enterprise Control Standard, and shape the program roadmap with automation and data-driven reporting for ESRO stakeholders.

This role collaborates with Technology, Cyber, and other teams in risk management, and requires extensive experience in risk/process/project management, plus certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification.
• 5+ years in Risk Management, Process or Project Management.
• 5+ years partnering with internal/external clients.
• CRISC/CISM/CRCM/CIPP or ABA Risk Mgmt Certification preferred.
• Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end controls lifecycle and Enterprise Control Standard adherence.
• Lead design assessments for new controls and readiness for testing.
• Manage a team of risk professionals across lines of business.
• Collaborate with risk partners to assess impact of control changes.
• Develop metrics and automate reporting for data quality in systems.
