Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking a Senior Manager of CRM Marketing to lead data-driven strategies that improve player retention, acquisition and lifetime value. You will tailor journeys with segmentation, personalized promotions, and real-time campaigns in collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Tech teams.

You’ll oversee a team of CRM specialists, drive A/B testing and analytics, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations while optimizing GP across digital channels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of CRM/Retention Marketing in regulated iGaming and sports betting.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, real-time CRM, personalization engines, and automation.
• Analytical abilities to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Proven track record in segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and retention optimization.
• Experience with A/B testing, predictive analytics, and AI-powered engagement.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and responsible gaming initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Customer Life Cycle Management (CLCM) strategy to drive retention, engagement, and dedication.
• Leverage real-time CRM capabilities to build personalized, automated, and data-driven customer journeys.
• Define and optimize segmentation models to enhance targeting and improve engagement rates.
• Align CLCM strategies with business objectives to improve Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and reduce churn.
• Build and optimize real-time, event-driven CRM campaigns that react to player behavior instantly.
• Apply recommendations and personalization techniques driven by AI to deliver hyper-targeted promotions.
• Partner with Product and Tech teams to integrate CRM solutions with real-time player data feeds.
• Develop and track important metrics such as FD conversion rates, CPAs, CPCs.
• Make independent decisions to improve GP value across multiple digital marketing channels.
• Conduct A/B testing and multivariate analysis to optimize engagement and campaign efficiency.
• Implement a robust player segmentation framework to personalize experiences based on user behavior, preferences, and transaction history.
• Build and optimize targeted promotions that drive engagement while maintaining commercial efficiency.
• Ensure promotional activities align with regulatory guidelines and responsible gaming procedures.
• Work closely with the Product, Marketing, Data Science, and Managed Services teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Lead a team of CRM and marketing specialists, encouraging a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.
• Present insights, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to external and internal collaborators.

As the Senior Manager of CRM Marketing at Aristocrat, you will have an outstanding opportunity to build and implement data-driven strategies that improve player retention, acquisition, and lifetime value. Your skills in CRM planning and delivery, online marketing, and immediate customer relationship management will play a key role. You will improve the customer journey through player segmentation and personalized promotions. Working closely with teams from Marketing, Product, Business Analytics, and Technology, you will develop player experiences and notably increase conversion and retention.

What We’re Looking For

• More than 7 years of experience in CRM, Retention Marketing, or Customer Life Cycle Management within regulated iGaming and sports betting markets.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Digital Marketing, Real-time CRM tools, personalization engines, and automation technologies.
• Strong analytical abilities, with the capacity to interpret complex data and convert it into actionable strategies.
• Proven track record in player segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and retention optimization.
• Experience with A/B testing, predictive analytics, and engagement strategies powered by artificial intelligence.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior collaborators.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards in gaming and responsible gaming initiatives is advantageous.

Pay Range

$105,000 - $195,000 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
