Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Critical Systems oversees functions crucial to maintaining and optimizing SiriusXM's property portfolio, including database management, space allocation, infrastructure maintenance, and facilities projects. Expertise in space planning, project management, HVAC, and infrastructure is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage property database and space allocations using OfficeSpace software.
• Coordinate space planning for new hires, relocations, and future needs.
• Lead projects related to furniture, space modifications, and infrastructure management.
• Oversee maintenance of critical cooling and HVAC systems, troubleshoot issues, and manage vendors.
• Administer facilities and security systems, generate reports, and analyze space data.
• Supervise third-party vendors and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in interior design, architecture, construction, or facilities management.
• 7+ years in move management, space planning, and strategic planning.
• Experience in project management, vendor selection, and portfolio analysis.
• Strong background in HVAC and critical systems management.
• Proficiency with CAD, AutoCAD, OfficeSpace, and project management tools.
• Knowledge of BMS, CMMS, electrical, mechanical systems, and facility operations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Legal right to work in the U.S.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary ranges from $95,600 to $148,000, depending on experience, with potential incentives. SiriusXM values diversity and is an equal opportunity employer.
