Roadrunner is seeking a Senior Manager, Credit & Collections in Downers Grove, IL. You will lead the credit, collections, and cash application functions, partner with Sales and Finance, and drive improvements in cash flow and DSO while coaching a team of AR professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business.
• Strong knowledge of order-to-cash cycle management.
• Proven track record leading customer-centric outcomes in a performance-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and executive reporting skills.
• Passion for people leadership, coaching, and team development.
• Analytical thinker with bias for action.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach an 8–12 person AR team.
• Align processes with credit policy, collections, and cash application.
• Manage third-party agency relationships and disputes with customers.
• Deliver KPI reports to senior leadership and drive performance improvements.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and executives on risk and growth.
