The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in credentialing or provider data management, plus 3+ years of supervisory experience. This position offers the flexibility of remote/onsite/hybrid schedules within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 4+ years in credentialing/provider data management.
• NCQA knowledge and credentialing experience required.
• 3+ years of supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team supporting credentialing and provider data management from a technical perspective.
• Oversee credentialing and re-credentialing of physicians and providers.
• Manage provider data records, training materials, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure provider record updates comply with policies and regulations.
• Ensure adherence to KPI, NCQA credentialing standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee updates to provider directories and enrollment specifications.
