The Senior Manager, Cost Accounting serves as the subject matter expert for inventory, manufacturing, and cost accounting, with responsibility for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of inventory valuation, standard costing, COGS accounting, and related financial reporting. This role leverages strong technical accounting expertise and business partnership skills to support operational performance, enhance financial processes and controls, and provide decision-support analysis across the manufacturing and supply chain organization. The position partners closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and FP&A teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and business insights that support operational excellence and strategic decision-making.
The most likely base pay range for this position is $140K - $175K per year. Several factors, such as experience, tenure, skills, and particular business needs, will determine an individual’s exact level of compensation. Base salary is only one element of employee compensation at Halozyme. Total compensation could include bonuses, sales incentives, and equity awards.
