You’ll collaborate with the Senior Director, shepherd strategy, and drive program growth, reporting on outcomes and ensuring alignment with BEF’s mission across sectors and geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, environmental science, public policy, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate partnerships, program management, communications, or a related field — ideally within the conservation, sustainability, or environmental sector.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical or scientific information into clear narratives for non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing or supporting partnerships, grants, clients, or contracts, including budget oversight and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professionalism including experience managing relationships and developing presentations, reports, and partner-facing materials.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop messaging strategies articulating impact at project, basin, and portfolio levels.
• Translate complex data-driven insights into clear content for partners and public.
• Articulate corporate program vision and business value from water stewardship investment.
• Develop and maintain case studies showing value and best practices in corporate water stewardship.
• Ensure messaging aligns with BEF brand and BWS program requirements.
• Articulate engagement strategy to funders, partners, NGOs, and others at regional/portfolio level.
• Build partner capacity to communicate and benefit from BWS work.
• Support media engagement for corporate clients and partners.
• Balance competing priorities and recommend the most effective path forward for high-value engagements.
• Contribute to grant and funding strategies and reporting coordination with the BWS team.
• Manage multi-million dollar partnerships and contracts; track progress and outcomes.
• Monitor progress toward goals and adjust priorities to meet targets.
• Provide policy support and manage events and conferences.
