Job summary

Bonneville Environmental Foundation (BEF) is a nonprofit working on environmental solutions at the intersection of renewable energy and freshwater. The Senior Manager, Corporate Partnerships & Communications, BWS leads strategy and execution to translate complex work into compelling narratives and manage high-value partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, environmental science, public policy, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate partnerships, program management, communications, or related field.
• Ability to translate complex technical or scientific information into clear narratives for non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing partnerships, grants, clients, or contracts with budget oversight and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience creating partner-facing materials.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop messaging strategies that show the impact of BWS work at project, basin, and portfolio levels.
• Translate technical insights into clear content for corporate partners, funders, and the public.
• Articulate the corporate partner’s programmatic vision and value from water stewardship.
• Create case studies showing value and best practices in corporate water stewardship.
• Coordinate with BEF Communications to align partner messaging with BEF brand.
• Outline and communicate BWS engagement strategy to funders and partners.
• Support media engagement for corporate clients and partners.
• Balance competing priorities to recommend effective paths for high-value engagements.
• Contribute to grant and funding strategy and reporting with the BWS team.
• Support management of multi-million dollar partnerships and contracts with tracking.
• Monitor progress toward goals and adjust priorities to achieve outcomes.
• Support policy initiatives and coalition efforts as needed.
• Develop and manage conference, presentations and engagement opportunities.
