Job summary

ChargePoint in Campbell, CA is seeking an experienced FP&A leader who will own budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the company. You will partner with the CFO and executive team to turn data into strategic insights that steer growth and profitability.

You will build financial models, manage board materials, and streamline FP&A processes while collaborating with G&A and operations. A decade of tech finance experience and an accounting/finance degree (MBA/CPA/CFA preferred) are valued.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of corporate financial planning, modeling, reporting and analysis.
• Creative, highly-driven and self-motivated.
• Strong analytical capability to identify business challenges, structure recommendations and provide insights to enable high-level strategic vision.
• Ability to collaborate constructively with, and influence, business leaders and finance colleagues.
• 10+ years finance experience at a leading technology company.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA, CPA, and CFA highly preferred.
• Investment banking experience highly preferred.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Adaptive Insights or similar planning tools.

Reports To Chief Financial Officeer

What You Will Be Doing

This role reports to the CFO and is a key member of the FP&A team. The mission of our team is to enable strategic executive and Board-level as well as tactical decision making for the company through financial modeling, fact-based analyses and interpretation of key business and financial trends. We are the analytical backbone of the company and provide strategic insights in planning the future growth and strategy of the company from a financial point of view while serving as the interface between Finance and the rest of business. This individual will primarily own the budgeting and reporting for overall company billings and revenue and help with investor relations.
