Job description

This position performs economic research and studies of rates of return, depreciation, and investments. It analyzes profit-and-loss income statements and prepares reports and recommendations for senior management. The role includes oversight of forecasting and trend analysis across the enterprise. You will report to a VP.

In this flexible office/home role, you are expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following locations: Madison, WI 53783; Boston, MA 02110.

Position Compensation Range:

$125,000.00 - $214,000.00

Primary Accountabilities

1. Develop effective relationships with relevant stakeholders and collaborate with clients on projects with financial impact.
2. Provide leadership and advice to help clients meet objectives and optimize financial decisions.
3. Oversee financial analysis for accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
4. Present findings to senior and executive leadership in various formats.
5. Develop performance metrics for large, financially impactful projects.
6. Create a collaborative, performance-driven work environment emphasizing trust, transparency, and inclusion.
7. Lead with influence and expertise, contributing to leadership teams and supporting organizational values.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements

• Effective leadership skills.
