Job summary

Daikin Applied Americas is seeking a Senior Manager - Corporate Development with a focus on integrations. The role drives end-to-end integration planning for acquisitions and strategic transactions, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure Day 1 readiness and value capture.

You will partner with business leaders and the Corporate Development team to align on rationale, integration approach, and synergy opportunities, while supporting executive communication and ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years in M&A, consulting, investment banking, or Corporate Development.
• M&A integration experience as project leader and/or functional expert.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and analytical skills, with ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Help drive end-to-end corporate development processes, focusing on integrations.
• Develop and manage project plans across large cross-functional teams.
• Align with Business leads and Target leadership on deal rationale and integration approach.
• Lead cross-functional teams through integration planning, Day 1 and integration execution.
• Coordinate with outside partners and service providers.
• Drive synergy analysis and planning, and actions to capture benefits.
• Coordinate with Corporate Development Transactions team.
• Support communication with executive leadership and the corporate approval process.
