At Jet Aviation, we craft flight in its smoothest form. As Senior Manager, Corporate Development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth. This highly visible position partners closely with senior leadership to identify, evaluate, and execute strategic opportunities—including acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestitures. You’ll help drive the success of expansion initiatives by providing financial insights, coordinating due diligence, and ensuring seamless execution of projects aligned with Jet Aviation’s vision and General Dynamics’ standards.
This role involves frequent domestic travel. Our ideal candidate will work from any one of our various locations across the US. We will also consider remote candidates. The posted salary ranges will default to that of your regional location and will not include any premiums. The baseline range for this exempt position will be as follows: $140,000 -- $160,000 plus a performance-based bonus up to 10% of annual salary.

A strategic thinker with 5–7 years in investment banking, corporate development, or M&A.
Skilled at building relationships and influencing leaders in complex, global organizations.
Known for your confidentiality, professionalism, and trustworthiness when handling sensitive information.
Highly organized and results-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing accuracy.
Adept at financial modeling and executive-level storytelling (Excel + PowerPoint are second nature to you).

Industry experience in aviation is a plus—but we value sharp, driven talent from across industries.
Lead execution of inorganic growth initiatives, including M&A, divestitures, equity investments, and strategic partnerships—from target identification through integration.
Drive opportunity evaluation, business case modeling, due diligence, and negotiations with discretion and confidentiality.
Prepare high-quality approval materials and recommendations for Jet Aviation and General Dynamics leadership
Collaborate with regional SVPs, finance, legal, HR, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth integration.
Represent Jet Aviation confidently and professionally with industry groups, partners, and across the General Dynamics network.
