What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Execute M&A and strategic transaction processes, including target evaluation, diligence coordination, and deal structuring
  • Build and own detailed financial models to evaluate potential transactions
  • Create clear PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership and Board-level discussions
  • Conduct industry, market, and competitive research within healthcare, wellness, and technology-enabled services
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support integration planning and execution
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate development
  • Experience in the healthcare, wellness, or technology industries, with a strong preference for candidates with direct transaction execution exposure
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus
  • Advanced financial modeling skills with the ability to independently build and review complex models
  • Exceptional PowerPoint and written communication skills, with the ability to produce executive-ready materials
