Job summary

Ferrara in Chicago, IL is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting to supervise the monthly close and deliver accurate results across Fixed Assets, Leases, Intercompany/Related Party, Royalties and Broker Commissions. This role is part of the Corporate Accounting & Consolidations Group and works cross-functionally to drive reliable financial reporting.

You will lead a team, coordinate with external auditors, ensure U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 7–10 years of accounting experience.
• CPA preferred.
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge; IFRS experience preferred.
• Public company reporting experience; SAP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor monthly close and maintain close schedule for accounting areas including Fixed Assets and Leases.
• Manage Intercompany/Related Party processes and provide analytics on key risks.
• Oversee Lease and Fixed Asset accounting and reporting accuracy.
• Lead Intercompany processes and keep legal/tax teams updated on relationships.
• Coordinate annual audits and quarterly reviews with external auditors; communicate disclosures.
• Review journal entries and reconciliations; facilitate monthly P&L and balance sheet reviews.
• Supervise and develop team; define roles and responsibilities across the group.
