The Rock-It Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting in New York City to lead the monthly and quarterly close, manage the general ledger, and ensure accurate financial reporting across multiple entities. This role reports to the Global Controller and partners with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and operations.
You'll mentor a growing accounting team, strengthen internal controls, support audits, and drive process improvements using NetSuite and other platforms.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $185,000 annually, depending on the candidate’s location, experience, qualifications, and job-related skills. This position is also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting to lead the monthly and quarterly close and oversee key areas of corporate and operational accounting. Reporting to the Global Controller, this role will serve as the engine of a timely, accurate, and well-controlled global close. The Senior Manager will own the general ledger, close calendar, and day-to-day accounting activities that keep the Company’s financial records reliable and audit-ready.
This individual will lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals while partnering closely with regional finance teams, Financial Planning and Analysis, Treasury, Tax, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and business operations. The successful candidate will combine strong technical accounting knowledge with hands-on operational leadership and a continuous-improvement mindset.
