Nerdy is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to enhance growth across new business lines, overseeing sales professionals to drive performance. This role includes developing strategies, managing client relations, and leading B2B initiatives, all while contributing to the company's significant impact in the education sector.
Overview:
Nerdy is searching for a talented Senior Sales Manager to help increase the growth of our new business lines and drive the operational performance in those particular verticals of the company. The individual in this role will help manage a group of sales and client sales professionals across multiple lines of business and will be responsible for the hiring, management, development, and performance across multiple teams. He or she will lead and develop a group that assesses needs, sells learning packages, strengthens client relations, and provides high-quality service to our clients. This role will also own exploring new B2B initiatives across both the Professional Certifications business as well as within the International business. The individual in this role will work directly with the Director of Operations and other functional leaders and will have a strong influence on the ongoing strategies and growth of the company’s new business initiatives.
