• Lead complex problem resolution on high-stakes issues and disputes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations across geographies.
• Partner with business counterparts to deliver effective legal services.
• Manage legal risks and develop risk management frameworks for PayPal.
• Escalate complex issues to senior legal leadership when appropriate.
