You will lead and coach teams, apply systems thinking, and communicate clear stories to clients while delivering benchmark analyses and data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in rewards/compensation consulting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
