Job summary

firstPRO, Inc is seeking a Senior Compensation Manager to lead design, strategy, and administration of compensation programs across the organization, with a strong focus on executive compensation and benchmarking. This highly visible role partners with HR, Finance, Legal, and executives to support global compensation planning.

The position is three days onsite and two days remote, offering influence on compensation strategy and process improvements across the enterprise.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive compensation experience with executive compensation exposure.
  • Experience designing and administering short-term and long-term incentive programs.
  • Strong knowledge of market benchmarking, salary structures, job evaluation, and compensation strategy.
  • Experience with compensation tools such as Mercer, ADP, or similar platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead executive compensation programs, including benchmarking, incentives, equity programs, and compensation recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Develop and manage base pay, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, and compensation structures.
  • Prepare compensation analyses and presentations for senior leadership and the Compensation Committee/Board.
  • Partner with Finance on equity programs, budgeting, and financial implications of compensation decisions.
  • Conduct market analysis and participate in compensation surveys (including Mercer or similar methodologies).
  • Provide guidance to HR leaders and managers on compensation decisions, job evaluations, and pay practices.
  • Analyze compensation trends, ensure compliance with pay equity requirements, and recommend improvements.
  • Support global compensation initiatives and improve compensation processes, systems, and reporting.

Senior Compensation Manager - Up to $175k + bonus

Our client, a global organization, is hiring a Senior Compensation Manager to lead the design, strategy, and administration of compensation programs across the organization. This role will focus heavily on executive compensation, incentive programs, market benchmarking, and developing compensation strategies that align with business objectives. The Senior Compensation Manager will partner closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and executive leadership to support compensation planning across a global workforce. This is a highly visible individual contributor role with no direct reports, offering the opportunity to influence compensation strategy and improve processes across the organization. ***3 days onsite, 2 days remote
