The Sr. Compensation Manager is an individual contributor role responsible for managing all compensation processes within the firm. This role will play a critical part in establishing competitive and equitable compensation practices, driving pay transparency, improving compensation knowledge, and maintaining pay equity across Link. The Sr. Compensation Manager will handle both executive and non-executive compensation, with a more hands-on approach to non-executive compensation and supporting the Vice President of Total Rewards & HR Operations with executive compensation.

$150,000 - $170,000 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
