Job summary

Viatris seeks a Senior Manager, NA Commercial Insights to lead advanced analytics for in-market and pipeline brands. You will design, ingest, and analyze large datasets using SQL, Python/R, and build PowerBI dashboards for cross-functional teams.

You will translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations, oversee offshore resources, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Medical, and Market Access to optimize commercial strategies and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with a specialization in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Operations Research, Management Science, Economics, or Engineering preferred.
• Master’s degree (or equivalent) is preferred.
• 3+ years in Pharmaceutical / Biotech / Healthcare analytics or secondary data analysis, 5+ years in advanced methods on large datasets, 7+ years in market analytics project scoping and management.

Responsibilities

• Develop commercial insights and analytics for in-market and pipeline brand products.
• Design, code, and execute advanced analytics using SQL and Python/R.
• Ingest, validate, and analyze 3rd-party datasets (IQVIA, Symphony, Veeva Compass, claims).
• Build and maintain PowerBI dashboards for brand teams.
• Translate analyses into insight-driven presentations for stakeholders.
