A leading software platform is seeking a Senior Manager for CodeQL Security Services to manage a team of CodeQL Engineers, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and engagement management. GitHub is seeking a Senior Manager for CodeQL Security Services in our Expert Services team, reporting to the Director of Security Services. This position manages a team of CodeQL Engineers and works closely with the Director, Engagement Managers and Project Managers to provide excellent customer service to our customers, as well as serve as a liaison to internal teams. This is a remote position that will be focused on supporting engagements in specific regions.
The Senior Manager for Security Services plays a pivotal role in maintaining customer satisfaction by facilitating exceptional service from commencement to completion of services engagements. This role is the liaison between internal teams and services sales, with a primary focus on stakeholder alignment and unblocking throughout the entire services process. In addition, they are responsible for managing a team of CodeQL Engineers and helping them continue to grow and build their skills in GitHub. This role also works closely with the Engagement Manager role to ensure their engineers are staffed on engagements that meet their respective skill sets. There will be a focus on ongoing process improvement and operations flow specific to engagements to maintain a scalable, repeatable business.

The base salary range for this job is USD $112,800.00 - USD $299,300.00 /Yr.
These pay ranges are intended to cover roles based across the United States. An individual\u2019s base pay depends on various factors including geographical location and review of experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant. At GitHub certain roles are eligible for benefits and additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These rewards are allocated based on individual impact in role. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role.
