Job summary

Hightower is seeking a Senior Manager, Cloud Engineering to lead strategy, architecture, and operational management of our cloud platforms. You will partner with Infrastructure, Security, and Development teams to drive cloud transformation and modernize our enterprise applications and operations.

The role focuses on building a secure, scalable cloud ecosystem with AWS, Terraform, and CI/CD practices, while promoting governance and effective stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of infrastructure or cloud engineering experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams.
• Deep expertise with AWS.
• Experience with Terraform, Bicep, or similarIaCtools.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong cloud security, governance, and identity managementexpertise.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Your Future Team

The Technology organization at Hightower plays a critical role in enabling growth, innovation, and operational excellence across the firm. As Senior Manager, Cloud Engineering, you will lead the strategy, architecture, and operational management of Hightower's cloud platforms and services.
This roleis responsible forbuilding and advancing a secure, scalable, and resilient cloud ecosystem that supports enterprise applications, advisor-facing platforms, and business operations. You will partner closely with Infrastructure, Security, Application Development, Data, and Business teams to drive cloud transformation initiatives, modernize infrastructure, andestablishbest practices across the organization.
