Job summary

Hospital Authority invites applications for Senior Manager (Clinical Effectiveness). The appointee will lead the Clinical Effectiveness Section (CES), report to the CM(CE TM), and oversee clinical research, policy development and clinical performance monitoring, audits and program implementation.

Requirements include a university degree (preferably with medical qualification), at least 10 years’ post-qualification management experience, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Clinical Effectiveness Section (CES) and report to CM(CE TM).

• Monitor clinical performance and audits, and support HA-wide initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to designated committees and prepare papers/reports for senior management.
