Job summary

Elanco seeks a Manager of Clinical Development to lead the Clinical Associate team at the Fort Dodge, IA site, driving study execution and GLP compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Animal Science or related discipline.
• 4+ years in clinical study execution or related R&D; 6+ years preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GLP regulations and FDA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical execution logistics and study events at Fort Dodge.
• Ensure GLP compliance and support audits and inspections.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Global R&D.
