Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in MIS/CS/Life Sciences or equivalent; Master's preferred.
  • 8+ years with clinical database design, data loading, and DB modeling concepts or 9+ years in a similar technical or clinical development environment.
  • Demonstrated intermediate SAS and/or SQL programming skills and expert knowledge of database concepts.
  • In-depth knowledge of CDASH and SDTM standards; in-depth understanding of clinical trial processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others without direct authority; proven coaching/mentoring in a matrix environment; strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple TAs.
  • Lead a team with prior people-leader experience.
  • Manage technology evaluations and implementations for performance improvement and cost reduction.
  • Create and sustain an environment that attracts, develops and retains strong talent.
  • Practice continuous improvement of processes and technology usage.
  • Act as subject matter expert and process owner.
  • Supervise and allocate internal and external resources within the Therapeutic Area.
  • Ensure performance assessments for direct reports; provide training and feedback; resolve personnel issues; manage talent retention.
  • Oversee performance management and staffing; drive recruitment, onboarding, and development opportunities.
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives.
  • Provide strategic direction, advice and guidance to staff on operations; promote best practices and ensure objectives are met.

Job Description

  • Must have IRT/RSTM experience
    • Understanding of IRT/RTSM SDLC
    • IRT/RTSM Vendor Management/Governance
  • Must have people management experience
Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in management information systems, computer science, life sciences or equivalent. Master's preferred.
  • Must have 8+ years of experience with clinical database design, data loading, and database modeling concepts or 9+ years of experience in a similar technical or clinical development environment.
  • Demonstrated intermediate SAS and/or SQL programming skills and expert knowledge of database concepts.

Additional Information
  • The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
  • We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick), medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
  • This job is eligible to participate in our long-term incentive programs.
