Job summary

Alimentiv is seeking a strong people leader to join our Data Sciences Department, overseeing end-to-end data management services for internal and external customers, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely delivery.

You will hire, coach, and evaluate staff, manage budgets and vendor relations, and collaborate across teams to optimize data platforms such as EDC, IRT, ePRO, and eConsent for high-quality datasets.

Qualifications

• Minimum a college diploma/degree and 7–9 years of relevant experience.
• CCDM certification is an asset.
• Experience leading data management teams in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational efficiency and document new department procedures.
• Manage budgets and vendor evaluation for data management systems.
• Hire, coach, and develop staff; set objectives and key results.
• Ensure project data deliverables meet quality, time, and cost targets.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction.
• Support business development through RFIs and pricing.
