Job summary

Alimentiv seeks a strong people leader to drive end-to-end data management services within the Data Sciences Department. You will ensure high-quality output, meet regulatory requirements, manage staff performance and budgets, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to optimize data systems.

You will oversee hiring, training and development, and lead programs to improve processes and efficiency while guiding the team to meet project goals and timelines.

Qualifications

• Applicants should have a minimum of a college diploma/degree and 7-9 years of relevant experience.
• CCDM certification is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational management, budgeting and staff performance for projects.
• Oversee data management deliverables and liaise with study teams for quality and timeliness.
• Mentor staff, set objectives and evaluate performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize data systems and processes.
