Senior Manager, Clinical Data Management

Position

We are recruiting a Senior Manager, Clinical Data Management (Data Management Lead) responsible for delivering high-quality, timely data management support for our clinical portfolio. This role requires a minimum of 3 days per week onsite (or more as needed) at our Jersey City (NJ), New York (NY), or Millbrae (CA) offices to ensure effective management, operational excellence, and high-performance delivery of clinical studies, supporting our team’s growth and collaboration.

About You

You are detail-oriented, a data management expert, and a strong collaborator.

What You’ll Do

1. Provide leadership within the study team to align on and drive data collection requirements for complex clinical development projects.
2. Plan, coordinate, and deliver complete, reliable clinical trial data in a timely manner.
3. Manage end-to-end clinical data activities and serve as the primary contact for study team members.
4. Oversee third-party vendors responsible for data management deliverables.
5. Gather content and integration requirements for EDC, collaborating closely with partners supporting other data collection systems, and enforce data standards and quality expectations.
6. Author and review study plans related to data management, ensuring quality and standardization.
7. Chair Data Review meetings to monitor data quality and completeness.
8. Represent DM on cross-functional teams and during submissions.
9. Lead or support inspections and audits by health authorities.
10. Coach and oversee junior Data Management Leads.
11. Manage data currency and oversee DM activities throughout the trial, including vendor oversight.
12. Support setup and validation of standard eCRF libraries.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree with 6+ years or Bachelor's with 8+ years in Life Sciences, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Experience in clinical data management from reputable vendors, CROs, or sponsor environments, with multi-phase, multi-therapeutic trials.
• Oncology experience required.
• Strong collaboration skills and knowledge of FDA/ICH guidelines.
• Proficiency with EDC systems (Veeva preferred), Microsoft Office, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Deep understanding of CDASH/CDISC standards and submission requirements.

The salary range is $152,000 to $166,250, depending on experience and skills.
