The Sr. Client Manager (CLM) manages a portfolio of approximately 75-100 merchants from B2C and B2B companies, representing around $1B in annual charge volume. These include well-known brands across industries such as restaurants, retail, entertainment, manufacturing, and professional services.
Responsibilities include developing and expanding merchant relationships through insights, solutions, and consultation. The role involves establishing mutually beneficial relationships, driving revenue, understanding merchant organizations, and developing solutions that optimize their investments and payment experiences.
Salary range: $80,000 - $155,000 annually + bonus + benefits.
