As a Senior Tax Manager, you will play a key role in providing tailored tax compliance and planning services to prestigious clients across various backgrounds. You will work with private companies, high-net-worth individuals, and private equity-owned businesses, managing complex tax projects and developing strategic client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage technical tax planning and compliance for private entities and high-profile individuals.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team, ensuring quality and value in deliverables.
• Collaborate with partners and teams to develop account strategies and identify additional service opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, CPA or Bar membership, with significant tax, business, or financial planning experience.
• Minimum of 8 years in professional services or tax organizations.
• Expertise in estate, wealth, and trust income tax, flow-through entities, and C-Corps.
• Strong collaboration, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets and projects, willingness to travel, and ability to work in a hybrid environment.
