As a Senior Tax Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored tax compliance and planning services, mainly focusing on private clients such as high-growth private companies, family-owned businesses, and private equity-owned firms. This role involves engaging with technically demanding tax projects and collaborating across borders and functions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage technical tax planning and advising for private entities (C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnerships) and high-profile individuals.
• Coach and develop a team, ensuring quality and value in deliverables.
• Develop account strategies and identify opportunities to deliver additional services.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Research and develop effective tax strategies.
• Lead diverse tax work, translating complex data into client insights.
• Build strong client relationships and communicate complex issues clearly.
• Maintain technical knowledge and supervise teams effectively.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, CPA or Bar membership, and significant tax, business, or financial planning experience.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in tax or professional services.
• Deep understanding of estate, wealth, and trust income tax, as well as flow-through and C-Corp tax issues.
• Strong collaboration, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid environment.
