Job summary

CDW in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Systems Analysis to lead multiple teams responsible for translating complex business needs into scalable technology and process solutions. You will set priorities, allocate resources, and coach managers and professionals across analysis, requirements, design, and data-informed decision making.

The role partners with business and technology leaders to align plans with objectives, govern standards, and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; 10+ years in business systems analysis or related fields with 3+ years of people leadership.
• Experience leading multiple teams in a matrix organization.
• Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, process modeling, and technology delivery methodologies.
• Strong understanding of integration with product management, architecture, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Systems Analysis area by setting priorities and allocating resources across teams.
• Provide direction to managers and professionals including coaching, performance management, and talent development.
• Develop area plans and resource strategies aligned with Technology and enterprise objectives.
• Oversee intake, discovery, analysis, and documentation of complex business requirements across multiple initiatives.
• Partner with business, product, architecture, engineering, data, security, and project leadership to translate strategies into feasible solutions.
• Ensure standards for requirements elicitation, traceability, and testing support are applied consistently.
