Northrop Grumman is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Business Development Operations and Customer Engagement Coordination within Defense Systems, McLean, VA, with significant travel.

Reporting to the Director of Strategy and Market Development, you will build processes, coordinate engagements, and drive win strategies across cross-functional teams, leveraging Salesforce and Tableau to illuminate pipeline health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in DoW business or programs
• Ability to analyze a broad range of issues and influence senior DoW decision-makers
• Experience communicating complex topics to a senior audience
• Business development, capture, or technical experience
• Knowledge of DoW acquisition, requirements, and budget policies

Responsibilities

• Coordinate business development and capture planning workflows
• Maintain and update Salesforce dashboards and pipeline analyses
• Prepare inputs for strategy, business development, and capture teams
• Lead internal reviews and ensure policy alignment
• Ensure customer engagement plans align with corporate processes
