Qualifications

  • Client workshop facilitation in change management or other consulting methodologies.
  • Knowledge of supply chain systems and business operations.
  • Experience in software implementation and integration a plus.
  • Analytical skills with large data sets.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Our focus is on technology-enabled business transformation. Projects range from short, multi-week assessments to phased multi-year design and implementation and everything in-between. The variety of projects provide consultants with a dynamic and highly challenging opportunity to grow and learn!

Responsibilities
  • Work on-site with clients to align strategic goals and objectives
  • Interpret our clients’ business needs and translate those needs into technology and operational requirements
  • Interpret clients’ process flows or system diagrams and create future state versions that highlight the advantages of recommendations
  • Lead large cross-functional workshops of 10-50 people for process analysis and architecture requirements gathering and, in conjunction with other team members, produce professional design documents
  • Identify gaps in process mapping and apply industry knowledge to fill those gaps
  • Lead playback sessions to articulate findings, recommendations and finalize client solution documents for sign off and hand off to development or deployment team members
  • Continue to act as a subject matter expert for the client
  • Contribute to the development of various service offerings
  • Contribute to practice thought leadership, body of knowledge and service development
  • Participate in the development and cultivation of client relationships
  • Support business development and sales teams for both follow-on and new sales efforts
  • Mentoring junior team members
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, or other relevant degree
  • Experience in management consulting with functional knowledge in supply chain or after sales service operations, or have managed supply chain functions within a corporate setting
  • Experience leading workstreams and teams of consultants in the delivery of client engagements; full life cycle project management experience a plus
  • Experience leading client workshops in change management or other consulting methodologies at the executive, management and user levels
  • Knowledge of supply chain systems, processes and data, and business operations
  • Experience in software implementation and integration a plus
  • Analytical skills and a capacity to work with large data sets a plus
  • Exceptional drive, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to immediately contribute in a team environment
  • An ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of client focus
  • Strong work ethic and high attention to detail, with a desire to learn
  • Experience with delivering solutions on behalf of Partners is a plus

Compensation and Location

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $125,000-190,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
